Chinese Investor Alibaba invests in e-games pop up event in Rio Olympics 2016 The International e-sports Federation is in Australia, which manages the e-games around the world. It will grow better in the upcoming years  with investments from people. Alibaba, a Chinese investor invests 150 million US dollars into this industry. He planned to branch out into the e-sports with a partnership with the International e-Sports Federation. This investment will help the World Anti- Doping Agency to support the operation and expansion of the World Electronic Sports games around the world. Alibaba and the IeSF are planning to attract more than 100 countries and regions in the world. They hope that it will bring various improvements in the e- sports. The International e- Sports Federation also looks to convince the International Olympic Committee, which confirms the e- Games pop up event. The e-game event is scheduled to take place in a fortnight of the Rio Olympic 2016. The two companies Alibaba and IeSF are also deciding to open their e-game related IP.  The president of International e-Sports Federation believes that this partnership will help e-sports to make its mark in the fashion of the world.

Pagcor extends PhilWeb license

Pagcor is Philippine amusement and Gaming Corporation for e- games in the Philippines. The Pagor extends its Intellectual property license agreement with PhilWeb for another one month. According to Pagcor letter to the President Dennis O. Valdes, they extend the license until August 10.  Philweb provide the copy of the letter on July 8 signed by its Chairperson Andrea D. Domingo. The gaming technology Philweb extend their contract as per their earlier request.  The license was finalized after the submission of presentation to Duterte. They extend the license to prevent the loss of revenue to their government. Philweb has license to launch e- games in the Philippines.  It has 305 e- games stations around the nation in 2014.

Rise of e- games in 2016 in Philippines

The Phillipine  amusement and Gaming Corporation announced its 2016 half year results. It is on the top of the VIP slot clubs in major cities of the Philippines. PAGCOR is also responsible for launching e-games cafes throughout the country. The PAGCOR reported 570 million US dollars, which is higher than the previous year. It increased up to 8.6 times than the previous year. Their net income rate is increased by 2.5 per cent reported this year. Their revenue to the government has increased to 3.1 percent in the first six months of this year.  With the growth of the e-games in the Philippines, Japanese billionaire planned to open e- game cafes in the Philippines. He planned to open a gambling spot with more features. It includes a huge water fountain, 1000 hotel rooms, an indoor beach, villas and a gaming space of 26000 square meters. The spot is planned to  be opened at the Philippines’ capital Manila. Inc. Kazuo Okada decides to make a partnership with a local businessman Antonio Cojuangco to open the same. This  will become the third biggest gambling spot in the city. It attracts many tourists, which will increase the government’s revenue. The  opening of the  gambling spot will take place in 2018, which is named as Okada Manila. Okada Manila was expected to cost around 2.4 billion, which costs around 4 billion now.

The MCV is planned to publish a first e- game sports magazine. They discussed with the e-Sports Integrity Coalition integrity Committee about this magazine publication. The committee includes commissioner, Smith, CEO Neville Upton and some video game lawyers. The MCV members Ginx, Twitch and Hitbox discussed about the e- sports coverage. They planned to transform the e-games as a competitive game in the world.
